Clean Water for People!!

It’s hard to believe that one year ago today, a group of people saw an email like this and made a choice to notice and enter into Imelda’s story. And because of that choice – Imelda now not only has clean water, but she has more income, greater health, rest, and more. 

Athens makes a choice every day to go deep into the communities we work in and connect with families to hear their stories. Recently she met Charity, a nine-year-old girl who walks daily for hours for water. It is literally ruining her.

Imelda no longer walks for water because of so many of you. I’d love to see Charity experience that kind of future too. Everything will flow from her having water. Including her dream of going to school.
