As we begin a new year, we’re excited to share progress updates on our key projects in Uganda. Thanks to your support, the Irimya and Kasese communities are moving closer to accessing life-changing clean water and essential resources. Here’s the latest on what we’ve achieved together:

The Irimya Project: A New Chapter Begins
In Irimya, transformation is in full swing as Phase Two of the water project begins. With the system now 88% complete, the first taps of this phase are being installed, bringing clean water closer to every home and changing daily life for countless families.

Sanitation efforts are nearly finished, and with latrines now fully constructed, the community is embracing healthier, safer living. Meanwhile, the entrepreneurship training—90% complete—is empowering locals with skills to build thriving businesses and a sustainable future.

The Kasese Phase One Project
The Kasese Phase One Project is in its early stages, but the foundation has been laid for transformative change. Here’s where we stand:

Water System Phases: Construction is 15% complete, marking the start of what will be a reliable source of clean water for Kasese.

Sanitation and Hygiene: At 20% completion, we’re making strides in establishing critical health infrastructure.

Entrepreneurship Training: Training is 30% complete, empowering residents to create sustainable solutions for their community.

ASP Pilot: Our pilot program as Area Service Providers (ASP) is at 10%. This innovative approach aims to foster long-term growth and development.
